New Blended Learning at AOK Rheinland/Hamburg

Together with Bildungsinnovator, AOK Rheinland/Hamburg has completely rethought its theoretical training for social insurance clerks.

Instead of traditional theory formats, a new blended learning concept has been developed that accompanies trainees throughout their entire training. Step by step, clearly structured and close to everyday learning.

The Challenge

The entire structure and process of the theoretical training was redesigned. A central structure was needed to provide orientation and combine theory, presence and transfer in a meaningful way. In the spirit of New Learning.

The training-relevant content was translated into 17 hybrid learning journeys. Each learning journey follows a clear 4-phase model: preparation, classroom training, follow-up and transfer & check.

The solution

The concept was implemented jointly by the AOK team and Bildungsinnovator. The motto: learning by doing. The AOK team provided the content. Bildungsinnovator provided support with didactic advice, upskilling the lecturers and developing and designing the e-learning courses.

The learning content of the preparation and follow-up phases was created with LXT Authoring and integrated into the AOK Rheinland/Hamburg LMS via SCORM export and can be flexibly adapted as required – for example in the event of technical changes or new requirements.

Die Lösung

The result

A three-year blended learning concept with 17 learning journeys provides trainees with a clear common thread throughout their training to become a social insurance assistant.

The Learning Hub is the central point of contact during the training. All content comes together in one place and can be used flexibly. For preparation, for follow-up or for quick reference in everyday life. Work materials, quizzes and multimedia content accompany the trainees digitally through every phase.
