How can companies prepare their sales teams for growing market requirements and strengthen customer loyalty? The answer is provided by OLB’s innovative “Sustainable Sales Training” project, which was developed in collaboration with Bildungsinnovator GmbH and Anne-Birthe Schramm from Umsatzbrennerei.

With a well thought-out combination of classroom formats, specially adapted digital learning modules and practice-oriented reflection elements, a concept was actively developed that strengthens the individual development of skills and ensures the strategic future viability of the company.

Blended learning concept “Sustainably improving digital advisory channels”

The development of a learning journey that provides Oldenburgische Landesbank employees in the advisory center with holistic training in digital advisory skills, thus increasing the quality and professionalism of advisory meetings and ensuring optimized customer care.

A blended learning approach is used in the Learning Journey to support employees, who all have different learning levels and prior knowledge, in their individual skills development. With introductory webinars, digital self-study phases and face-to-face sessions with trainers, a common thread is followed that leads everyone to the most effective learning experience.

LANXESS is developing and implementing a global knowledge management concept to ensure that critical, production-related knowledge gained from the experience of retiring employees is retained and passed on within the company.

This is achieved through three measures: Narrative interviews, learning tandems and a digital, interactive wiki.

Development of a learning journey with Hansgrohe and POWERING

Hansgrohe – the world’s largest mixer and shower manufacturer – has ushered in a new era in 2023. The product portfolio has been greatly expanded. The challenge: to develop a learning concept that is “washed up” – with the aim of empowering sales in the relevant markets.

A specially coordinated learning journey was developed with Bildungsinnovator and POWERING as sales training specialists.

Training was designed not only to teach the basics of the product (“What is the product? What can the product do?”), but also how to sell the product successfully. The Learning Journey was honored with the Brandon Hall Award 2023 in three categories.

Interactive learning journey for store managers

The 55 German Vorwerk stores are an essential part of the stationary trade and form one of the central pillars of sales at Vorwerk. A uniform store design based on visual merchandising is an important factor for sales success. In close cooperation with Bildungsinnovator, an interactive and practical learning journey was therefore developed to support store managers in analyzing the store design and optimizing it in line with the Vorwerk standard.

Making Thermomix direct sales future-proof with blended learning

At a time when digital learning solutions are having a significant impact on in-company training, it is becoming increasingly important to develop eLearning projects that not only drive innovation in the digital education landscape, but are also effective.

The training of Thermomix group leaders, which was developed in cooperation with Bildungsinnovator GmbH and Vorwerk Deutschland Stiftung & Co. KG, sets new standards in the development of group leaders and thus lays the foundations for a sustainable and dynamic learning culture.

With an effective blended learning approach that intelligently combines practical content and learning analytics, learning transfer is made more efficient and sustainable, ensuring long-term success in direct sales.

Digital enrichment of classroom training

Vorwerk intends to design all forms of training and further education in the form of blended learning in future. For this reason, an LMS is to be introduced and professional learning content designed together with Bildungsinnovator. The strategic entry-level project is aimed at career starters who will take over the sales of Kobold vacuum cleaners.

While face-to-face training will focus primarily on practical practice of everyday sales situations in the future, the digital learning offer will add further perspectives and backgrounds. The modern forms of learning are intended to make learning more efficient and enjoyable than before for those entering the sales profession.

I am completely convinced by your product. Your effect as a companion, moderator and helping partner was just right. It was palpable – you were only a message away, gave enough freedom to organize a wildly diverse group and spin idea after idea, and helped with impulses if necessary.
It is particularly noteworthy that the method kit is not limited to the participants. Instead, you offer a service and invite people to share the findings and materials with their own colleagues as multipliers. As the saying goes, infect your colleagues!

My conclusion:
It was a very nice experience with you. I now have a better idea of what my new tasks will look like. I’m really looking forward to the transfer with the support of the educational innovators and the Customer Happiness Manager.
