Contents of the online training
The training is led by 3 employees who are currently being shaken up by a company merger. Not only is the entire company structure changing, but new positions and colleagues are also becoming a challenge. Each card gives you the opportunity to reflect on yourself and your reaction to change and to develop strategies that will help you deal with change.
