You can choose between individual consulting days, complete consulting for strategy & learning culture or our flexible packages S (10 hours), M (25 hours) or L (50 hours) for blended learning and individual L&D topics. Whether quick sparring, comprehensive support or long-term projects – you decide!
Of course! If you realize during the project that you need even more support, you can book additional time at any time with our flexible packages (S, M, L) with 10, 25 or 50 hours. This gives you maximum flexibility and you get exactly the advice you need.
Just as it suits you! Use them for one-off coaching sessions, didactic advice or strategic sparring – flexibly over the entire performance period. We document all results transparently in the concept board so that you always have an overview.
