The 55 German Vorwerk stores are an essential part of the stationary trade and form one of the central pillars of sales at Vorwerk. A uniform store design based on visual merchandising is an important factor for sales success.
In close cooperation with Bildungsinnovator, an interactive and practical learning journey was therefore developed to support store managers in analyzing store design and optimizing it in line with the Vorwerk standard.
