The term “mobbing ” is derived from the English “to mob” and means to harass or attack someone. The Federal Labor Court defines workplace bullying as systematic attacks against employees that take place not just once, but over a longer period of time.
Bullying is also colloquially referred to as psychological terror in the workplace.
