Marc
Marc ist studierter Lehrer für Englisch und Erdkunde und arbeitet seit 2022 beim Bildungsinnovator. Er hat dort als Autor angefangen und ist nun im Team der Learning Consultants, wo er sich neben dem Podcast auch mit Anfragen und Beratungen rund um die Themen Weiterbildung, digitale Lernlösungen und Mitarbeitendenentwicklung beschäftigt.
Seiner Leidenschaft für Didaktik widmet er sich in seinem beruflichen Alltag und wenn er nicht gerade ein Mikrofon vor der Nase hat, verbringt er seine Freizeit mit Sport, Gaming und Musik.
Insa
Insa ist studierte Bildungsplanerin, Wirtschaftspsychologin und damit unsere Lernbegleiterin mit Tiefgang. Sie regt ihre Lerner zur Entwicklung individueller Lernkontexte an und begleitet genau dort, wo es Impulse braucht, und genau dann, wenn sie am wirkunsgvollsten sind. Als Strategic Product Manager und Product Owner der L&D School ist sie seit 2019 beim Bildungsinnovator.
